Wyoming, Idaho and more!

We were able to go to Grammies funeral on the 18th. Our plans always change. Last minute we decided to go on the 16th. So we got there the 17th. That night we visited with family. Claudia said that 4 baby kittens were dropped off at her house. BrookLynn loved them!! Anyhow we decided to take them out to my parents house and feed them for the night. The next day was very busy....we had a family breakfast, a kids activity(since all the grandkids were there) and then the practice before the funeral. On our way down to Claudias that morning we decided to drop the kittens of at the corner by Claudias house. (SHE DOES NOT WANT THEM!!) We figured that they probably find their way back to the house or find a new one!! BLynn wouldn't let go of one so we ended up dropping off of 3 of them. We were visiting when BLynn came in and said..."Dad, that cop is talking about the kittens". We looked at each other and said you've got to be kidding me! We went out side and sure enough....one of Lovell's finest cops. Several family members were outside getting ready to leave for the funeral. Claudia was trying to talk to him and when we walked up and he asked Eli if the red car was his. Yes it was and he was extremely high on his horse the way he was speaking to Eli. Then he proceeds to tell Eli that someone said that we "threw kittens from the car window". You've got to be kidding! ya. the neighbor children said that we threw these poor kitties from the car window. Sometimes there are blessings disguised. OUR WINDOWS DON'T EVEN WORK!!!!! I've bugged Eli forever to fix them....nothing is funner that pulling to a drive through or bank and having to open the door!! haha! (thanks Eli and Lloyd for fixing them!) Welcome to Lovell!!!! Enough said.......
After a lengthy stay we headed back home. We decided to go through Yellowstone. We thought that would be fun. The girls loved it! We saw animals and Old Faithful. Then we stopped at out friends house in Idaho Falls and spent the rest of the weekend with them. Quite fun! We fed the ducks at the Falls, swam in the hot tub, lit fireworks, and won $150.00 in a tail-gate cook-off!! haha! that was halarious!! (We met the Stucki's in St. George. they moved back to their hometown. Some of thier friends there in IF are the Jeides....from Powell! Anyhow Small world!!) Cory called our friend Friday night and asked if she wanted to enter the cookoff. We said we would to do it. Bobbie had an idea for inside-out burgers....which she had never made....neither had i. So that next morning we rushed to the store and grabbed a couple of things and made the burgers and won 2nd place........out of three!! haha! I loved it! The burgers turned out great! great fun. Look for our pic and recipe in next months issue of Idaho Falls Magazine!! We made it home Sunday evening to find out the the A/C stopped working......it was only 90 degrees inside the house!!! little on the warm side!! great to be home.....

Green thumbs?? I doubt it.....

mmm...my fav radishes!!

Well we took a little plunge. Day before we left for Wyoming Eli made the decision to plant a garden....in the girls' sand box. I was estatic and so was the girls! Funny huh? The sand was so fine its was tracked in the house. You could feel it on the floors barefooted but you couldn't see it! It was a neighborhood attraction so its great to cut the traffic in our backyard!

The girls love to go out and help water and do whatever is needed! Pretty fun!

So he brought in some top soil and planted tomatoes, peas, corn, radishes, and cucumbers. They are all looking great so far.....we just hope the heat doesn't incinerate them!! Amazing enough we have had an extremely mild spring!! So we will do our best to keep it goin!! Our first little garden!!! Yea!

Wyoming

Well last week we flew back up to Wyo again! It was fun to chill and hang out with almost the whole fam....Cole and Eli couldn't make it, which was sad! Eli hasn't been able to go back for over a year! After school he will though!
We stayed busy pushing the girls on the swings, jumpin on the tramp. etc! The girls couldn't cram in enough of freedom running around everywhere! they loved it. Grandma took them for wagon rides and spoiled them rotten! BrookLynn even had the wonderful experience of getting her first (and hopefully last!) tick.
One of the best parts of the whole trip happend right before we left! Eli told a couple of days before we left that if I sold my motorcycle I could buy the camera I wanted! I was SO pumped!! I put it up on ksl and craigslist. The NEXT day a guy called from Cedar. Same day we washed it up and got it ready and took it to Cedar! I couldn't be more excited! Our Best Buy didn't have the camera in stock but the Vegas one did!! So on the way to the airport we stopped and got it. I was able to start practicing how to use it..... I LOVE IT! I do have a ton to learn though.......

Still jumpin when its stormy!

We need a ladder......

So goofy!

Enjoying grandmas treats!

Not much

We are pretty boring around here. Or might I say that haven't done anything out of the ordinary lately....my camera is kind of retarted right now so I don't have pics of anything.
Tonight Eli and I were able to get a quick break away. It was a bit crazy because all of a sudden BLynn wanted to go with us. Then the excuses started flowing faster than the tears! "You don't go on dates with me!" "Don't you love me anymore?!" Pretty funny now....stressful at that moment!! Then Elle decided to start in. By the time we made it to Kyle and Catherines....needless to say there were lots of tears and leech-like children. I felt bad but at the same time, wasn't going to cave in.....this time. (BTW....Thanks a ton Kyle and Catherine!!! We owe u ton leaving them like that!!) We went to see "Made of Honor". It was pretty funny and we had a great time.
Lately, my girls have been spending more time on their heads than they do their feet!! No joke. every time I turn around....they are upside-down. Headstands like crazy....Its funny. BLynn is getting pretty good at it!
Tomarrow is BLynns preschool graduation. I think it is silly, but whatever!! She is totally stoked about it!! I love that something like that gets her so excited!! Speakin of excitement!... We will be headed back up to Wyoming for another visit! The girls keep asking if today is the day we go see grandmas again! they can hardly wait! I feel so bad that Eli can't go....again. ITs been forever since he's made it up there! He has to get ready for some big tests again! These are for his CFI rating. (Certified Flight Instructor) Then he will start teaching for the school to build up his hours....too much fun. He's pretty busy. I guess thats it till next time!

New place, bike and long blog!!

Okay we are all moved!! Finally! We were supposed to move last weekend. Through a series of events it all changed to Monday or Tuesday. Fine. I’ll tell you from the very beginning…. I really dislike moving!!! A LOT!
The lady said we could move some stuff in the garage Tuesday night. So Eli and I loaded some crap up and took it out to the new place. The door that was supposed to be unlocked wasn't. Long story short, we finally moved everything in Wednesday. Its a great little neighborhood. Its a cul de sac with about 50 + kids. No freakin joke. They are everywhere.....comin’ out of the wood work I'll tell ya what. The girls were so excited!! Not only to see all the kids but to finally get bikes and toys out of storage. It was pretty crazy moving in. Kids running around everywhere, in my house, garage you name it. We have the only sandbox in the cul de sac and everyone knows it!! AHHHH!!! I was feeling pretty anxious..... nice to meet you, I'm the new crazy lady!! They would knock on the door, or their preference.....the stupid doorbell!!! I hate that thing!! Time for that to be disconnected!!
Everyone was outside or hanging out in their own garages....watching me unload all my crap. Eli helped unload everything but had to work so I was trying to put everything where it went. I came back with another load in the pickup. My nerves where so shot. Trying not to run over any children.... I was backing up and this kid (had to 8-10 yrs old!) made eye contact with me and I was backing up and he starts walking behind the truck!!! What the ..... hello!! I had the window down and and yelled at him ( it was nice I promise) and he proceeded to walk EXTREMELY slow all the way to the other side of me...... ahhh! I'm going to have very poor health before we leave this place!! Talk about anxiety attacks! There are some very tiny babies barely walking out in the street! Where is your mother????!! not to mention all the bikes, scooters, and skateboards left in the middle of the street to dodge.....sorry I really wasn't planning on venting! I'm happy to be in a new place!!
Finally late that evening the door bell rang...hahaha....yah. I answered and it was the guy who appeared to live next door (that’s where I noticed him all day) he was like "is my daughter here?" Um like I know who your daughter is!! I went back to the girls' bedroom and sure enough there was a unknown stranger... I was like, I think your daddy is looking for you. She just sat there and stared at me! K, grab your coat and shoes kid time to go!!!! hahaa..... I went back to the door and he had the nuts to ask if I needed help!! K that might seem harsh....but when he sat outside the whole day letting his kids "keep mine company" and then ask if i needed help at that hour??? whatever I think I got all the big stuff moved and under control!! thanks. K- speak to me, this is probably raunchy acting. I really honestly didn't want help. I get too flustered!! having kids everywhere and trying to be nice.....whatever.
Last nite the girls were able to swim in the outdoor pool. They loved it and it was great fun!
This morning I came back from taking BrookLynn to school and noticed a bike in the garage. Crap. I felt bad some little brat didn't have their bike. I went inside and Eli asked if I liked Elle's new bike!! haha!! yep I do!! He had stopped by D.I on the way home. I had to go get her out of the car and show her. She's had a perma grin ever since!! Thanks D.I. $4 is well worth it!! Until next time!
